An adult human body needs a minimum of 60 mg/day of vitamin C?



According to Dr.George Pamplona-Roger, M.D. "It must be borne in mind that this vitamin is not stored in the cells, and must be taken in every day" The best source of Vitamin C are the fresh fruits and vegetables. One should eat at least 2 Oranges, or 4 tangerines, or 2 kiwis and about 200g of litchis .
